Waitlist Terms & Conditions

1. About the Project
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the CE.D waitlist landing page and any related communications associated with the waitlist. The CE.D platform is currently in a pre-incorporation and development phase and is not yet a registered legal entity. The project is in the early stages of concept validation, platform design, and technical development. Features, services, and operational details of the platform may evolve over time as the project progresses. The waitlist allows individuals who are interested in the future CE.D platform to register their interest and receive updates regarding the platform’s development and launch. By submitting the waitlist form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Purpose of the Waitlist
The waitlist is intended solely to: • collect expressions of interest in the future CE.D platform, • inform potential users about platform updates and development progress, and • notify users when registration, testing, or access to the platform becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not create a user account and does not provide access to any services, tools, or features of the platform at this stage. Depending on the development process, some users may be invited to participate in early access programs, beta testing phases, or pilot launches. However, inclusion on the waitlist does not guarantee participation in any such programs.
3. No Guarantee of Access or Employment
Submitting your information to the waitlist: • does not guarantee platform access, • does not guarantee participation in recruitment or driver matching activities, and • does not constitute an offer of employment, job placement, or contractual relationship with CE.D or any transport company. The CE.D project intends to develop a platform that may facilitate connections between drivers and transport companies in the future. However, the waitlist itself does not represent any form of hiring process or employment opportunity. Platform launch timing, geographic availability, features, and participation opportunities may change at our discretion as the project develops.
4. Accuracy of Information
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact information when submitting the waitlist form. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in removal from the waitlist. Users are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is valid and accessible. We reserve the right to remove entries that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, automated, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended purpose of the waitlist.
5. Communications
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive essential communications related to the CE.D platform. These communications may include updates about platform development, launch announcements, invitations to register, or opportunities to participate in early testing programs. Optional marketing communications, such as newsletters or promotional updates, will only be sent if you have explicitly opted in to receive them. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails or by contacting us directly.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • submit false, misleading, or impersonated information, • attempt to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the landing page, • use automated systems, bots, or scripts to submit multiple entries, or • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the project. We reserve the right to restrict, remove, or block entries that violate these Terms or that appear to compromise the integrity or security of the waitlist.
7. Intellectual Property
All content presented on the waitlist landing page, including branding, logos, design elements, written content, concepts, and visual materials, are the intellectual property of the CE.D project unless otherwise stated. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the project owner.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the CE.D project shall not be liable for: • delays, changes, or cancellation of the platform launch, • inability to provide platform access, • technical interruptions or website availability issues, or • any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the waitlist page. The waitlist and landing page are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data submitted through the waitlist form is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information collected through the waitlist may include contact details such as your email address and any additional information you voluntarily provide. 10. Changes to the Waitlist or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist or update these Terms at any time as the CE.D project develops. Updated versions of the Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued participation in the waitlist after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
